Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics
- Install and maintain electrical systems following safety protocols
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs
- Participate in ongoing safety training
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- No formal experience required - we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50 lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
