Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installing wiring, lighting systems, and electrical components
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform basic circuit testing and troubleshooting
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Prepare and maintain job sites, including material organization
- Participate in paid training programs to develop technical skills
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
- Use hand/power tools safely and effectively
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in various conditions
