Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Follow strict safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC)
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and circuit testing
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized tools and equipment
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Strong commitment to safety and willingness to learn
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
