Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Install, connect, and test electrical systems including wiring, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Ensure strict adherence to National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Prepare work areas and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various physical conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills for electrical calculations
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and OSHA standards
- No prior experience necessary – training provided!
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Nevada electrician apprentice license
