Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Adhere to all safety protocols and NEC standards
- Complete daily job site cleanup and equipment maintenance
- Participate in 8 hours/month of paid technical training
- Document work progress using digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to submit to background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Northeast Florida
