Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Test electrical systems and troubleshoot malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Document work performed and maintain job site cleanliness
- Participate in ongoing skills development and safety training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power equipment
- Willingness to obtain Ohio electrical license within 12 months
