Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install/conduit, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components per NEC standards
- Perform diagnostic testing using multimeters and specialized equipment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and job site regulations
- Document work activities and maintain organized project records
- Participate in ongoing skills development through our training academy
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and maneuver in tight spaces
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Long Beach
