- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Minneapolis
- Willingness to pursue state electrical licensing (company-sponsored)
