Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and safety protocols meticulously
- Perform inspections and troubleshooting under supervision
- Prepare work areas and organize tools/equipment
- Document project progress and maintain clean worksites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Adhere to all NEC and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior experience necessary – we train from ground up!
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Illinois
