Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and NEC standards
- Assist senior electricians with installations and inspections
- Document work orders and project progress
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must obtain Maryland Electrician Trainee license within 30 days
- Willingness to travel throughout Baltimore metro area
