Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
- Learn and adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Install and maintain conduit systems, switches, and outlets
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to safety and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to pursue state licensing through our training program
