Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsInstall and maintain electrical systems per NEC standardsPerform safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulationsOperate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipmentDocument work orders and project progressParticipate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic math and measurement skills
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Resident of Texas for at least 6 months
