Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations (NEC, OSHA)
- Install conduits, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical issues
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites across NYC metro area
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Commitment to completing our 12-week paid training program
