Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and use hand/power tools properly
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Participate in on-the-job training sessions and skill development workshops
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work progress and complete daily reports
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
