Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Inspect electrical components for damage and functionality
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary - we train from scratch!
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy materials, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-sponsored)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
