Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for daily tasks
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing under supervision
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
