Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Safely use hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and California electrical codes
- Perform residential/commercial wiring, conduit bending, and circuit troubleshooting
- Participate in safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to earn electrical certifications through our program
