Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and use hand/power tools under supervision
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical diagrams
- Prepare job sites and organize materials for efficient workflow
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks with guidance
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development and safety training
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required—training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
