Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and circuit breaker setups
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols under supervision
- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Install lighting fixtures, outlets, and switchgear
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete documentation and inspection prep
- Participate in continuing education courses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel statewide for projects
- No felonies or serious misdemeanors
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
