Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites
- Install conduits, wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
- Perform basic circuit testing and troubleshooting procedures
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in weekly skills training sessions and safety briefings
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte metro area
- Pass background check and drug screening
