Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and building codes during all operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing under supervision
- Conduct equipment inspections and troubleshoot minor electrical issues
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure efficiency and safety
- Participate in continuous training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
