Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install and wire lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment under supervision
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development and safety training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Pennsylvania
