Responsibilities
- Assist master electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA and NFPA standards
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit troubleshooting
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - training provided
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid California Driver's License (or ability to obtain)
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and handle outdoor conditions
