Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures on electrical circuits
- Ensure compliance with California Electrical Code (CEC) and safety regulations
- Assist with equipment upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift 50+ lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills for technical calculations

- Willingness to obtain California electrician apprentice license within 6 months
