Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential/commercial electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Identify and report safety hazards using proper tools and protocols
- Install wiring, conduits, fixtures, and electrical components per code requirements
- Participate in hands-on training sessions for technical skill development
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required—we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Colorado electrician license within 6 months
