Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install conduit, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components following NEC standards
- Perform safety inspections and troubleshooting procedures
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA protocols
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math and measurement skills
