Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and safety protocols during installations
- Perform inspections and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certifications
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to obtain Texas electrician license within 18 months
