Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Safely use hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Install wiring, conduits, fixtures, and electrical components
- Follow strict safety protocols and compliance with electrical codes
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks on electrical systems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow instructions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
