Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and NEC standards
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults and system diagnostics
- Prepare work areas and organize tools/equipment efficiently
- Document work progress and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with journeymen electricians and construction teams
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic math and measurement skills proficiency
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Cleveland area
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
