Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure code-compliant work

- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA and California Electrical Code standards
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development and safety training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary (training provided)
- Valid California driver's license (Class C)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification within 90 days
