Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and electrical codes
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Participate in residential and commercial projects
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Complete safety training modules and certifications
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces
