Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install conduits, wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
- Perform safety inspections and troubleshooting on residential/commercial sites
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA standards
- Document work orders and project progress using digital tools
- Participate in weekly safety training and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Raleigh metro area
- Willingness to obtain NC electrical license within 12 months
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
