Responsibilities
- Assist certified electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications under supervisionPerform safety checks and ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards
- Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Prepare and organize job sites, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift 50+ lbs
- Commitment to safety and willingness to learn technical skills
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
