Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA safety standards
- Use power tools and testing equipment safely
- Support senior electricians on job sites
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to obtain Florida electrical license within 6 months
