Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Safely handle tools, materials, and equipment following OSHA standards
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures for electrical issues
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit installation under supervision
- Document work orders and maintain project cleanliness
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
