Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical components
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and National Electrical Code standards
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in company-sponsored technical training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for measurements and load calculations
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to pursue state electrician licensing (company supported)
