Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and fixture mounting
- Learn and adhere to NEC and California Title 24 electrical codes
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in safety training and toolbox meetings
- Use diagnostic tools and multimeters for basic circuit testing
- Support emergency repair services as needed
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for load calculations
- Willingness to earn OSHA 10 certification within 90 days
