Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Install and maintain wiring, fixtures, control devices, and electrical equipment
- Follow strict safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC compliance)
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures for electrical systems
- Prepare work areas, organize tools, and maintain clean job sites
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various physical conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
