Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations
- Read blueprints and electrical schematicsInstall/conduit wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures
- Perform routine safety inspections and troubleshooting
- Maintain clean job sites and follow safety protocols
- Document work progress and material usage
- Participate in 40-hour paid technical training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool proficiency (saws, drills, etc.)
- Willingness to travel between New Orleans and FL sites
- No experience required – we provide full training
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
