Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and California Electrical Code
- Perform safety checks and maintain organized workspaces
- Install/conduit, wiring, fixtures, and electrical panels
- Document work progress and maintain service records
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours (some weekends)
