Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Use hand/power tools safely and effectively for wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Perform inspections and troubleshooting on residential/commercial electrical systems
- Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to safety protocols
- Participate in paid training programs for certification advancement
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
