Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsPerform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testingFollow safety protocols and maintain clean work sitesParticipate in 200+ hours of paid technical training annuallyComplete state licensing requirements with company sponsorshipCollaborate with team members on project timelines and quality standards
