Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install and wire residential/commercial electrical components per safety codes
- Conduct routine inspections using testing equipment to identify issues
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Missouri electrical certification within 12 months
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
