Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Assist with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit testing under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing electrical infrastructure
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC compliance)
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we provide all training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Willingness to pursue state certification with company support
