Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics under supervision
- Perform equipment testing using multimeters and diagnostic tools
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and NEC safety standards
- Manage inventory and organize job site materials efficiently
- Document work progress and maintain clean work environments
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Northeast Ohio
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months
