Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols under supervision
- Assist with wiring, circuit testing, and equipment troubleshooting
- Perform inspections and ensure compliance with electrical codes
- Use diagnostic tools and hand equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain Ohio electrical license (company provides training)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Columbus
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
