Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations, wiring, and panel upgrades.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Set up and operate basic power tools, testers, and diagnostic equipment.
- Unload materials, organize job trucks, and prepare job sites.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and obtain journeyperson status.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus but not required.
