Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload materials, including cable, conduit, and wiring, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret basic blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Assist in testing circuits and equipment to ensure proper functionality under supervision.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and potential overtime.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Strong desire to learn and excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team.
