Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications for circuit layouts
- Perform safety inspections and compliance checks
- Operate hand/power tools for wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Collaborate with senior electricians on residential/commercial projects
- Adhere to OSHA and National Electrical Code standards
- Participate in ongoing skills development and safety training
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for measurements and load calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Raleigh area
- Willingness to obtain NC electrical license within 12 months
