Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit breaker installations
- Document work orders and maintain project progress reports
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for voltage calculations and material estimates
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Sacramento County
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
